With over 20 years of experience, Constrada Hardscape's owner, Giuseppe Genova, was born in Sicily- where he soon followed the footsteps of his family's masonry heritage. From there he traveled to Canada where his father's company slowly flourished. Under his father's tutelage he honed his skills while working with master masonry craftsmen.With his father's blessing, Giuseppe then decided to branch out and practice his craft in cities such as New York and California traveling from the east coast to the west coast and numerous points between; obtaining a multi-cultural strength which allows him to combine a broad view of ideas to diversify and create uniqueness in each backyard or home.
He focused 6 years of his business primarily to the custom home market with projects ranging from 4,000 - 16,000 sq. ft. and has recently expanded into the commercial market with companies such as Meridian Commercial & Dobbs Construction.
Past projects include the City of Coppell's Senior Recreation Center at Grapevine Springs, the City of Frisco's Crescent Neighborhood Park, the City of Allen's Fire Station No. 9, Arbor Hills Pet Care Center in Plano as well as projects with Precept Builders, Mycon and others in the DFW metroplex.
Mr. Genova has been awarded numerous accolades in his field including the Designer's Choice Award 3 years in a row. Giuseppe also believes in giving back to his chosen profession by training fellow masons at the Dallas Convention Center and as part of the ICPI Contractor's On-Hand Certification events at several Custom Stone Supply locations.
